No Refund Policy

At Koili, each saree is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns (Store Credit / Exchange Only)

We offer a 10-day return window from the date you receive your order, only for exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The saree must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags must be intact

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, contact us at koilisarees@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

Returns must be sent to:
A 9/3 DDA SFS Flats, Saket, New Delhi

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances

  • Approved returns will be eligible for:

    • Store credit, or

    • Exchange for another product (subject to availability)

  • Store credit will be issued after the returned item passes quality inspection


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item, or

  • An incorrect product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at koilisarees@gmail.com, along with clear photos/videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or made-to-order sarees

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Return the original product following the above process

  • Once approved, you may select another product of equal value or use store credit


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


European Union Customers

If an order is shipped to the European Union, statutory rights under EU consumer law may apply. In such cases, returns will still be processed as store credit or exchange only, and not as monetary refunds.
